Our coaches bring years of experience and leadership, many with a military background - but our approach is inclusive, supportive, and focused on building confidence, not breaking people down. No shouting. No judgement. Just clear, expert guidance.

MARK DAY
FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR
Mark has led at the highest level, in both peace and operational environments worldwide. Serving a full career in the British Army, he rose to the most senior non-commissioned rank—proving his ability to lead, inspire, and deliver results under pressure.
Since 2014, Mark has brought that same drive and discipline to the fitness industry. His challenging and varied sessions, combined with a relentless determination to help others unlock their true potential, have made him a trusted and highly respected coach.
