BATTLE METHODOLOGY

At Battle Group Training, we scale every session to suit all abilities.
Whether you’re just getting started or you’ve been training for years, our sessions are designed to challenge you at your level. Our experienced coaches deliver well-structured, creative, and supportive group training that focuses on building real fitness - strength, endurance, mobility, and mindset.
Each workout is built with progression in mind, meaning you’ll always know where you stand and how you’re improving. We bring the energy, the knowledge, and yes - the occasional bit of banter - but the priority is always helping you get better.

GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS
This is our signature format.
Each session is structured, progressive, and coach-led. You’ll train in small groups, rotating through fitness stations that challenge different aspects of performance: strength, conditioning, endurance, mobility, and movement quality.
Expect 3 to 6 stations per session, combining bodyweight drills, equipment-based exercises, and running elements. Every workout is designed to scale for all abilities - from first-timers to long-time members - with clear coaching and built-in progression.
We focus on effort, structure, and support. No confusion. No wasted time. Just real training that gets results.

EVENT PREPARATION
A super-session including lots of equipment and top military banter! Perfected with years of military training delivery, this is the real deal. Working in a team you’ll form up, receive a mission brief then prepare to move!
LITE
Battle LITE offers low intensity training for beginners which will help you lose weight and improve your health. In addition, this low intensity training for beginners will help you feel better about yourself. You take the first step and we’ll help you reach your goals.

RUN CLUB
This is our running-focused workout. Each class varies; it might be a steady-state run one week, a fartlek or interval session the next. One thing is for sure, these sessions are inclusive, progressive and will deliver results for all abilities.
