The Ultimate RAM-Based Pairs Event — Built for Power, Speed & Endurance

Prepare for RAMPAGE — a high-intensity pairs challenge powered by RAMFIT. Alternate 1KM runs with your partner, each followed by a brutal RAM-based movement. Finish together with 50 shared RAM burpees into a 3KM run. This isn’t just about fitness — it’s about pushing limits, backing your teammate, and earning the finish line.

THE BREAKDOWN

PARTNER 1 – 1KM RUN

100m RAM Walking Lunges

Standard: 100m RAM Lunge Walk — RAM held in a secure back rack position. Knee must touch the ground on each rep.

PARTNER 2 – 1KM RUN

30 RAM Thrusters

Standard: Full squat to overhead press with RAM. Hips below knees on squat. RAM must move overhead with control.

PARTNER 1 – 1KM RUN

30 RAM Floor to Sky

Standard: RAM must touch the floor, then be moved above the head on every rep.

PARTNER 2 – 1KM RUN

30 RAM Alt Reverse Lunges

Standard: RAM can be held on one shoulder or in back rack position. Alternate legs. Knee must touch the ground.

SHARED BLOCK

60 x RAM Burpees (Shared)

Standard: Chest to RAM on every burpee. RAM must then be lifted above the head. Share reps however you want.

FINAL 3KM RUN – BOTH PARTNERS

Final Run Together

This is it. 3KM run to finish the challenge. Stay together. Empty the tank. Earn the line.
